In this role, you will assist patients and healthcare providers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the necessary support and information in French.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, insurance options, and patient support through phone, email, and chat in French.. . Guide patients in navigating the healthcare system, including appointment scheduling and understanding treatments.. . Resolve customer concerns effectively and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience for all.. . Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for future reference.. . Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to enhance the service experience.. . Stay updated on healthcare policies and services to provide relevant and accurate information.. . . Fluency in French (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred.. . Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, empathetic approach.. .
