Software Test Engineer at Uni Systems. At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Software Test Engineeer to join our UniQue The Hague team. What will you be bringing to the team?. . Design, execute, and maintain test cases (manual and automated) for the Institution’s systems. . . Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to understand product use cases and features. . . Provide progress updates, highlight impediments, and actively contribute in team meetings. . . Share knowledge within the team through documentation, demos, or training sessions. . . Work independently, with strong self-organization and focus on achieving team goals. . . Build test setups including Virtual Machines and servers (DNS, HTTP, Active Directory, Monitoring) on Linux-based operating systems.. . What do you need to succeed in this position?. . Hands-on experience in software testing for WebGUI, REST API, and CLI interfaces in networking products. . . Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills on Windows Server and Linux OS (IP addressing, routing, DNS, HTTP, Active Directory, certificate management). . . Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Linux Bash, Ansible preferred). . . Familiarity with development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, GitLab) and Agile/Scrum methodology. . . Ability to design, write, and execute manual test cases for networking product features. . . Experience in testing networking software and interoperability between systems, including Tactical Data Link protocols (Link16, Link22, OTH-G). . . Technical certifications (Microsoft, RedHat, CompTIA, Cisco) are an advantage. . . Testing certifications (ISTQB, TMAP, or similar) are a plus. . . Experience in writing automated test cases (Robot Framework, Gauge, Cucumber) is desirable. . . Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).. .
