Manage the full configuration process from contract signing to onboarding readiness . Send welcome emails and configuration forms, and track completion of all required information . Collect, organize, and maintain schedules, employee lists, and system setup details . Lead configuration calls with clients to confirm requirements and gather any missing information . Ensure all configuration data is complete, accurate, and ready for leadership review . Coordinate closely with the PH configuration team to finalize system setup and upload master data . Conduct a final internal review, submit completed configurations to Miriam for approval, and notify the onboarding team once approved . Proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays and resolve issues early. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong task and data management skills . Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal . Patient and client-focused, able to support users at all learning levels . Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities . Comfortable working with and learning new software and systems .
