Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sales, supporting enterprise customers throughout their journey.. . Manage complex customer issues by partnering with Technical Account Managers and Support Engineers to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption.. . Translate business needs into technical solutions, working alongside data science and engineering to optimize machine learning model performance.. . Design and map data integrations via whiteboarding sessions and documentation, tailoring solutions to each customer's unique environment.. . Write custom scripts and queries (e.g., SQL, Bash, Python, Ruby) to calculate metrics, prove ROI, and streamline workflows.. . Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to internal tool development and automation to improve service delivery.. . Serve as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback that informs product direction and engineering priorities.. . . 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Post-Sales Engineering).. . Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams.. . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Experience writing and debugging scripts (Python, Ruby, Bash) and working with web technologies and APIs.. . Strong command of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.. .
