Accountabilities. . Directly manage and mentor a pod of engineers to accelerate growth in the EMEA region.. . Lead by example as an individual contributor, delivering high-quality code and driving technical excellence.. . Define and evolve overall system architecture in alignment with engineering and product goals.. . Analyze metrics and customer usage to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.. . Build engineering execution plans, assign work, and oversee the progress of the pod.. . Run pod processes autonomously, escalating when needed.. . Participate in hiring, interviewing, and team-building efforts.. . . 5–8+ years of engineering experience, including significant time as an individual contributor.. . 3+ years of proven experience leading successful engineering teams.. .
