As a Responsible AI Review PM for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:. . Reviewing Responsible AI (RAI) Impact Assessments and providing clear, actionable feedback based on HR Divisional Lead guidance and internal Responsible AI standards.. . Evaluating AI-enabled systems, agents, and third-party technology implementations and making initial recommendations for approval or rejection, supported by compliance documentation and oversight.. . Analyzing associated system deliverables (such as post-launch support plans, monitoring documents, and scope outlines) to ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies and best practices, such as fairness monitoring, human-in-the-loop safeguards, and abuse prevention.. . Tracking engagement status and updates in the HR RAI Program Case Management Tool to ensure ongoing visibility and accountability across initiatives. . Responding to inquiries from stakeholders across HR and the Responsible AI, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams, offering thoughtful guidance and fostering a culture of ethical AI development.. . Navigating complex or ambiguous compliance scenarios by driving clarity, prompting stakeholders to think analytically, and recommending risk-aware, scalable solutions—grounded in Responsible AI principles and policy expectations.. . Collaborating cross-functionally with peers across the HR RAI team, the Office of Responsible AI, and other compliance functions to align on strategy and maintain high standards of AI governance throughout the lifecycle—from intake through post-deployment monitoring.. . Applying project management best practices—balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail, ensuring strong communication, and proactively addressing blockers or risks. . Quickly developing subject matter expertise on evolving AI compliance requirements by engaging with internal documentation, prior case reviews, and team mentorship.. .
