Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.. . Assist healthcare professionals and patients with product information and usage guidance.. . Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.. . Document all interactions accurately and maintain customer records in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver comprehensive support.. . Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments, product launches, and industry standards to enhance customer interactions.. . .
