Key Responsibilities:. ●      Design, test, and optimize prompts for ChatGPT, Claude and other large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and reliability.. ●      Work directly on customer prompt generation and optimization in partnership with customer support and the engineering team. ●      Create custom prompts and scripts for Chat and Voice agents.. ●      Conduct prompt engineering experiments to enhance AI performance. ●      Analyze AI-generated outputs, identify weaknesses, and refine prompts for better context understanding.. ●      Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.. ●      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI responses, biases, and inconsistencies.. . .  .  . Qualifications & Skills. Required Qualifications:. ●      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.. ●      Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs.. ●      Experience working with GPT-4o (ChatGPT’s base LLM), or other foundational models (Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).. ●      Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.. ●      Excellent communication skills to convey AI behavior insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . .
