Proactively generate new business opportunities within the UK financial recruitment space.. . Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups to build a pipeline of prospective clients.. . Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems to identify and track leads.. . Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions.. .
