Accountabilities. · Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning Sales, Revenue Management, Technology, and Distribution, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results in international regions.. · Develop and oversee project plans, tools, and processes, holding global stakeholders accountable while tailoring solutions to regional requirements.. · Advance international sales strategy by aligning global frameworks, enhancing collaboration, and optimizing revenue channels.. · Lead technology planning and execution, including PMS connectivity, revenue/distribution systems, and integrations, serving as the liaison to technology teams and vendors.. · Strengthen global distribution strategies by optimizing channel mix, aligning regional needs with broader roadmaps, and driving efficiency and profitability.. · Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance reporting for commercial goals.. · Deliver executive-ready presentations, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights to align leadership, regions, and stakeholders.. · Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.. · 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, channel management, corporate/group sales, sales planning, third-party distribution, or hotel technology (e.g., PMS, CRS, RMS, Salesforce, GDS).. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).. · Strong data analytics and business intelligence skills.. · Organizational savvy with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholders across functions and levels.. · Experience in consulting or strategic analytical roles is a plus.. · Familiarity with GDS and Salesforce platforms is advantageous.. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.. · Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments..
