Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of our . email and SMS marketing programs. , focused on acquisition, cross-sell, churn prevention, referral, and winback. . . Collaborate with the . Director of Lifecycle Marketing. to manage the campaign calendar—aligned with cultural moments, seasonal themes, promos, and product launches. . . Create . clear, strategic briefs. for copywriting and design teams to deliver engaging lifecycle content. . . Monitor and analyze . key performance metrics. (open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, etc.) and deliver . weekly reports. with actionable insights. . . Lead . A/B testing and ongoing optimization. —testing send times, frequencies, copy, creative, CTAs, segmentation, and more. . . Refine . customer segmentation and journey mapping. to tailor messaging for key audience groups. . . Develop and execute . list growth strategies. for both email and SMS, leveraging high-impact acquisition tactics. . .
