About the Role. As our Vice President of Marketing, you will own the global marketing strategy, team, and execution across all channels. You’ll lead brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and communications to build awareness, accelerate pipeline, and support sales velocity. . We’re looking for a data-driven storyteller who can scale a high-performing team, sharpen our competitive edge, and make our brand unmissable in the market.. Key Responsibilities. . Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.. . Team Leadership - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global marketing team across demand gen, product marketing, content, brand, and comms.. . Demand Generation - Own pipeline generation and acceleration across digital, ABM, events, email, paid media, and partner campaigns.. . Brand & Positioning - Define and refine our brand voice, messaging, and market positioning to differentiate in the cybersecurity data space.. . Product Marketing - Partner with Product and Sales to deeply understand our offerings, market fit, and competitive landscape. Lead go-to-market efforts for product launches and enhancements.. . Analytics & ROI - Set KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. Own the marketing tech stack and budget.. . Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align strategies and share insights.. . . Excellent people person with growth mindset and startup mentality.. . Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.. . 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or above) at a high-growth tech company.. . Deep experience in cybersecurity, data, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing.. . Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through scalable, multi-channel marketing programs.. . Strong product marketing and brand development background.. . Experience scaling teams, building marketing infrastructure, and managing budgets effectively.. . Strong creative vision and ability to translate that vision into actionable marketing initiatives. . Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and AI to optimize marketing performance. . Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels. . A pro+ level of HubSpot experience.. . What Sets You Apart. .
