As Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across Central Asia. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement.. Main Responsibilities:. . Set and monitor individual  sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.. . Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.. . Provide information on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.. . Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.. . Analyze performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.. . Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.. . Qualifications and Experience:. . 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.. . Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.. . Strong understanding of Central Asian financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.. . Fluent in English and Uzbek Languages.. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.. . Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.. .
