Community manager for the Greek market at Hedepy. 👋 Hi there!. We are . We are already a team of almost 70 people working fully remotely from different parts of Europe. Our common mission is simple yet powerful: . to make mental health care accessible to everyone who needs it.. Our Greek community team, led by . Mada. , is taking care of 70+ verified therapists and growing every month. To keep up with this growth, we are looking for an extra pair of hands that will take care of the Greek community. 🚀 Could this be you?. What you will be responsible for. . Managing our network of psychotherapists in Greece. . 5% hiring of the new therapists. . . 10% . pre-onboarding and onboarding.  of new therapists – preparing profiles, checking documents, scheduling intro calls, providing guidelines, etc.. . 85% . supporting our active therapists.  – consultations, admin help (invoicing, profiles, fair use checks), plus occasional coordination of joint projects.. . . . Monitoring key metrics.  (number of sessions, repeated sessions, retention rates, feedback, etc.) and evaluating data – identifying trends and suggesting new solutions.. . . Supporting community growth.  through relationship-building with therapists and other partners. This means a lot of communication and proactive problem solving.. . . Helping us implement new processes for therapists.  – co-creating our educational academy, running community events (webinars, interviews, internal workshops, etc.).. . . You . believe in the power of online therapy.  to help people. 💚. . You have . experience in community management, HR, or junior account management. , where you looked after and supported clients or members.. . You are . close to the world of psychotherapy.  – ideally you studied psychology, or you simply have a strong interest in mental health and working with people.. . You are . independent and proactive. , full of ideas and energy to improve and innovate.. . You speak . native Greek and fluent English.  (at least B2). . . You are comfortable working in a . start-up environment.  where things change quickly and modern tech tools are used every day.. .
