Ad Operations, Technical Account Management, or related roles. . . . Familiarity with . ad servers. (required). . . Proficiency in . Excel. and working knowledge of . JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python. (or equivalent tools).. . Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.. . Excellent communication skills in English. . . Residing in the . EMEA region. , with the ability to cover . London time zone. .. . Nice-to-Have. . Hands-on experience with campaign measurement tools. . . Background in . Marketing Ad Operations, Merch Ad Operations, or AdTech platforms. . . . Experience in training and client-facing presentations.. . Responsibilities. . Manage . campaign setup, trafficking, and measurement tagging. across multiple channels. . . Perform . QA and troubleshooting. for live campaigns; escalate technical issues when required. . . Partner with Product and Engineering teams to . improve and automate workflows. . . . Support . partner integrations. , including debugging ad tags, JavaScript, and HTML. . . Train internal and external stakeholders on . self-service tagging tools. . . . Analyze campaign data to . optimize performance and support tracker development. . . .
