Direct, hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions, spanning commercial and residential sectors.. Demonstrated skill in reviewing and preparing closing documents, disclosures, funding packages, and wire instructions with precision and efficiency.. Preferred Background / Industry Experience:. Experience in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or title/escrow operations that drives success..
