As a key member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their shopping experience, answering inquiries, and resolving issues all while communicating in French.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies via phone, email, and chat in French.. . Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and account management.. . Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.. . Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with store teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.. . Stay updated on promotions, new products, and retail trends to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in French (both oral and written) is a must; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement.. . Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.. .
