You have managed at least 50 client accounts . . You’ve driven 30–50% average annual client growth . . You’ve managed at least 5 accounts with €100k+ ad spend . . You’ve managed at least 2 accounts with €500k+ ad spend . . You’ve overseen 5 accounts in the push (paid social) area . . You lead client update calls and take ownership of weekly reporting . . You create customized strategic frameworks and growth roadmaps for your clients . . You guide your clients from their current performance state to their strategic targets . . You coordinate directly with tracking and creative teams . . You mentor and lead the performance managers, taking responsibility for client growth and team development . . You manage capacity planning within your pod . . You serve as a key interface with the sales team, conducting audits and assessing potential new clients . .
