As we continue to grow our retail presence, we’re looking for a Retail Marketing Associate to join our North America Retail team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail marketing who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves bringing a premium brand to life across in-store and online retail spaces.. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and key retail partners—like Amazon, Best Buy, Target and field merchandising teams—to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that drive visibility, conversion, and growth.. What you will do:. . Help plan and execute integrated retail marketing programs tailored to each retail account—across both digital and in-store environments.. . Work cross-functionally with retail sales, operations, creative, and digital teams to ensure flawless execution of retail campaigns (from brief to deployment).. . Support fixture installations, merchandising programs, and third-party labor management to ensure high-quality brand representation.. Monitor and manage retail marketing budgets, calendars, and plans, keeping internal teams and external partners aligned.. . Liaise between retail marketing teams and creative teams, meeting creative deadlines and retail requirements. . . Track and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to drive recommendations and improvements.. . Conduct and participate in regular marketing business reviews with retail accounts to measure progress and identify new opportunities for growth.. . Travel occasionally to support store visits, installations, and key meetings (up to 30%).. . Analyze online and in-store content performance across retailers, suggest content updates, and manage execution. . . We would love to have you on our team if you have:. . 2+ years of experience in retail channel or shopper marketing, preferably in consumer tech or wellness brands.. . Direct experience supporting national retailers and e-tailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Target.. . A working knowledge of retail marketing tactics across digital and physical channels.. . Experience managing 3rd party merchandising vendors and fixture programs at scale.. . Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple retail programs simultaneously.. . Clear, effective communication skills (written and verbal) for working across internal teams and external partners.. . Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations.. . Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office..
