In this position, you will provide excellent service in Spanish, ensuring customers receive the guidance they need regarding their insurance policies and claims.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding various insurance products, policy details, and claims processes through phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide clear and precise information to clients regarding coverage options, premiums, and policy modifications.. . Assist customers with filing claims and troubleshooting any issues encountered with their policies.. . Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Work closely with claims and underwriting teams to ensure timely resolutions for customers.. . Stay informed about updates and changes in insurance regulations and products to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with care.. . Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.. . Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.. .
