Manage 5–7 client accounts (primarily DTC eCommerce) from onboarding to quarterly strategy reviews. . Act as a strategic partner for clients — anticipating needs, solving problems, and offering insights. . Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and technical strategists to deliver high-quality work. . Review Klaviyo campaigns, QA assets, and translate data into actionable recommendations. . Track performance and prepare concise, results-focused reports. . Who You Are. . 1+ year managing client accounts or projects (agency and eCommerce background preferred). . Excellent written and verbal English skills. . Proactive and dependable — you own your work from start to finish. . Comfortable with Klaviyo, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello/Notion — or a fast learner. . Able to work 3–4 hours/day within CET core hours (10am–2pm or 3pm–7pm CET). . Bonus Points. . Experience with email marketing strategy or content creation. . Comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights. . You know how to stay on top of things without needing hand-holding. .
