You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams and attending industry events, you will contribute significantly to business success and help shape long-term client relationships. Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients to foster long-term business growth.. . Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, focusing on opening new opportunities, closing deals, and driving customer retention.. . Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting partner products such as payment and shipping solutions to increase revenue and reduce churn.. . Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and effective onboarding processes, maintaining strong 1:1 relationships and regular strategy meetings.. .
