You will work closely with international teams to accelerate our UK growth.. Key Responsibilities:. . Manage and convert qualified leads generated by the Demand Generation team. . Proactively source and engage new enterprise prospects across the UK. . Own the entire sales cycle, including demos, negotiations, and closing deals. . Develop and execute the UK sales strategy, including pipeline forecasting and reporting. . Deliver tailored product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations. . Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize client value. . Stay informed on mar-tech industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. . Support the onboarding and mentorship of junior sales team members as the UK team grows. . . Native English speaker with strong knowledge of the UK market. . Based in the UK or the Netherlands, with willingness to travel frequently to the UK. . Demonstrable B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing. . Proven track record in both outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads with long consultative sales cycles (3–6+ months). . Established network within UK marketing agencies or enterprise marketing teams. . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. . Strategic and commercially savvy, with a proactive, hunter-closer mentality. . Resilient, curious, and customer-focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude. . Degree-level education or equivalent experience. .
