Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service and support to German-speaking clients in the logistics and supply chain sector.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.. . Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing inventory queries.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. .
