Handle customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, app functionality, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish.. . Provide information to riders and drivers regarding booking processes, payment options, and service areas.. . Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.. . Document all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and enhance customer support.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address challenges effectively.. . Stay informed about the ride-sharing industry and company updates to offer relevant assistance to customers.. . . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or transportation sector.. .
