Handle customer inquiries about banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide accurate information on account balances, transaction details, and financial products.. . Assist customers with opening accounts, applying for loans, and resolving account issues.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up.. . Collaborate with banking teams to enhance service delivery and address customer concerns.. . Stay informed about banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.. . Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.. .
