Key Responsibilities. . Conduct targeted research to identify suitable candidates for finance roles in executive search assignments. . . Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, and internal databases. . . Qualify candidates through engaging screening calls and interviews. . . Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche finance roles across investment banking, asset management, and private equity. . . Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle. . . Maintain accurate records on the ATS and support the delivery team with administrative tasks. . . Work closely with Consultants to understand client briefs and ensure a strong talent-culture fit. . . Qualifications and Experience. . 1–2 years of international recruitment or resourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. . . Previous exposure to finance recruitment or executive search (desirable but not essential). . . A confident, bubbly, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills. . . Highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver results. . . Strong sourcing and research skills, particularly on LinkedIn. . . Comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines. . .
