Senior Advertising Strategist at Forward Blue. Forward Blue is hiring a  Senior Advertising Strategist to help lead our digital paid media programs across fundraising, Gen-Z voter mobilization, and persuasion. You'll be a major contributor to building and executing high-impact advertising campaigns that fuel Democratic victories.. If you get excited about  ROAS, CPMs, CTRs, and the alike, this role was made for you. We're looking for someone who is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who can dream up winning campaigns and get their hands dirty making them happen.. What You'll Do:. . Design, launch, and optimize digital ads for fundraising, mobilization, and persuasion — across Facebook/Meta, Google, programmatic buys (e.g., TradeDesk), and more.. . Build strategic media plans that maximize impact and ROI, across large scale programming.. . Analyze ad performance and rapidly optimize creative, targeting, and budgets to maximize returns.. . Collaborate across teams to align paid media efforts with broader campaign goals and digital organizing efforts. . Work closely with consultants and partners to expand and refine paid media programs as needed.. . Support creative development, including testing messaging angles, creative concepts, and audiences.. . . . 3+ years (or cycles) working in digital advertising for Democratic campaigns, advocacy groups, PACs, or allied causes.. . Hands-on experience managing ads across  Facebook/Meta, Google, and at least one programmatic DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk).. . Strong track record running  8-figure programs, or significant pieces of them.. . Deep familiarity with Democratic digital tools and platforms ( Switchboard, ActionKit, ActBlue, Mobilize, NGP VAN, etc.).. . Thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where rapid response and constant optimization are the norm.. . . Company Location: United States.
