Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written). . Strong customer service and communication skills. . Excellent organizational and time management abilities. . Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMR/EHR software, and basic office tools. . High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure. .
