As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AI- and automation-driven features within enterprise practice management systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and technical specifications. This role emphasizes optimizing operational efficiency, driving adoption of intelligent automation, and improving financial and workflow outcomes. You will lead initiatives from concept through release, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user expectations. Engage with internal teams, customers, and partners to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for AI and automation features.. Translate business needs into functional specifications, including workflows, use cases, business rules, and technical requirements.. Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to optimize workflows and operational outcomes.. Conduct market, user, and competitive research to validate opportunities and inform prioritization of features.. Partner with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to clarify requirements, address edge cases, and ensure high-quality delivery.. Plan and execute validation testing, including functional, workflow, and usability assessments for AI and automation features.. Coordinate alpha/beta programs, collect structured feedback, and implement enhancements prior to general release.. Support release readiness with clear documentation, training materials, and enablement of internal teams.. Advocate for AI adoption and drive a culture of customer-centric innovation across projects.. 3–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles in software or enterprise solutions.. Strong understanding of practice management, medical billing, or healthcare workflows.. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical documentation, and workflow diagrams.. Knowledge of AI and automation concepts, with the ability to apply them to business processes.. Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects with competing priorities.. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.. Analytical mindset with experience identifying inefficiencies and designing process improvements..
