Own growth at scale:. Lead BetterSleep’s marketing strategy with full responsibility for paid user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.. . . Manage big budgets, drive efficient scale. : Oversee and grow a $20M+ annual spend while continuously improving CAC, LTV, retention, and payback.. . . Lead and inspire:. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and creative team.. . . Bridge data and creativity. : Build a tight feedback loop where performance insights directly shape creative strategy and testing.. . . Expand globally. : Scale campaigns internationally and test new markets and channels.. . . Collaborate to win. : Partner closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to maximize growth levers across the business.. . . Forecast and deliver. : Build robust plans and reporting frameworks, keeping performance on track across months and quarters.. . . Be the voice of growth:. Report performance and strategic insights directly to executive leadership at a public company level.. . What We’re Looking For. . . Seasoned UA leader:. 10+ years in consumer marketing with deep expertise in paid acquisition; at least 1-2 years owning $1M+/month budgets.. . . Channel depth:. Mastery of Meta, TikTok, Google, and appetite for testing new platforms.. . . Subscription fluency:. Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, retention, and payback dynamics.. . . Proven team builder. : Experienced in hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.. . . Creative + analytical hybrid: . Equally comfortable in dashboards and in creative reviews.. . .
