Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, including orders, product information, and service-related questions via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.. . Assist customers with online orders, including modifications, cancellations, and tracking of shipments.. . Provide information about product offerings, promotions, and nutritional details.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.. . Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to effectively support customers.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.. . Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector.. .
