Act as the primary contact for clients during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and service continuity.. Analyze and respond to security alerts, including network, application, and system-level threats.. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and remediate security issues using tools such as Wireshark and Kali Linux.. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex incidents.. Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring clear communication during high-pressure situations.. Participate in on-call rotations to provide alert coverage during off-work hours.. Document incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and improvement processes.. . At least 1 year of experience in application security or a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity..
