Attend conferences and events monthly (mainly London, occasionally abroad). You'll grow into:. Joining sales calls, then leading them. Drafting strategy decks independently. Shaping how we position and win work. Understanding client gaps and assessing fit. Talking with confidence about how we solve specific problems. How fast you progress depends on you.
