Accountabilities. · Define and execute the organization’s multi-year technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.. · Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on digital innovation, systems modernization, and data strategy.. · Lead cross-functional programs to modernize and automate critical operational processes, enhancing speed, accuracy, and compliance.. · Drive delivery of core technology initiatives, managing vendor relationships, build-vs-buy decisions, and project execution from architecture through implementation.. · Build and lead a high-performing technology team, implementing modern engineering practices suitable for a regulated environment.. · Develop and maintain robust data infrastructure, enabling advanced analytics, AI applications, and operational insights.. · Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across technology platforms and processes.. · Establish KPIs, delivery metrics, and agile processes to track project progress and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.. · Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
