Talent Acquisition Operations Intern. to join our People team for a 3-month stint. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help streamline our recruiting engine and gain exposure to high-growth, global hiring processes. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve pipelines, reporting, and candidate experience.. What You’ll Do. . Support end-to-end recruiting operations — scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication. . Maintain and improve our ATS hygiene (Ashby) — ensuring data accuracy and completeness. . Help design dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and TA metrics. . Assist with sourcing ops (templates, drip campaigns, talent mapping). . Work on candidate experience projects (pre-boarding playbooks, comms, surveys). . Support vendor management and process documentation. . . What We’re Looking For. . Students or recent graduates (HR, Business, Analytics, or related fields). . Strong organizational and communication skills. . Comfort with data and spreadsheets; bonus if familiar with ATS or recruiting tools. . Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail. .
