Run full-cycle sourcing for highly technical roles such as Software Engineers, Machine Learning Scientists, and AI Researchers. . . Build and maintain strategic talent maps across European and UK markets. . . Engage passive and active candidates with tailored, high-impact outreach campaigns. . . Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on targeting, role positioning, and market insights. . . Draft clear and compelling candidate briefs and qualification notes. . . Maintain clean pipelines and report on sourcing metrics effectively. . . Refine search tactics, Boolean strings, and filters to optimise candidate engagement and performance. . . Skills & Experience Required. . 2–5 years of sourcing experience within the tech/engineering space (ideally with exposure to AI, deep tech, or hardware recruitment). . . Strong understanding of European and UK tech markets. . . Proven ability to identify and attract highly technical profiles (e.g., software engineers, ML experts). . . Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. . . Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools such as Loxo, Juicebox, or equivalent CRMs. . . Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to structure complex searches. . . Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer. . . Company Location: South Africa.
