This is an in-office role in downtown Austin with future hybrid flexibility.. . Accountabilities. . Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the executive team, offering insights to guide strategic initiatives, growth, and risk management.. . Translate business strategies into financial targets, forecasts, KPIs, and long-term proformas.. . Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modeling processes.. . Provide actionable financial analysis and deliver insights on trends, forecasts, and performance metrics.. . Oversee cash-flow planning and ensure liquidity and financial stability across operations.. . Evaluate capital investments, ROI, and support decisions on strategic growth initiatives, including real estate and technology.. . Optimize financial processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.. . Travel (~10% of the time) to support regional office needs and cross-functional collaboration.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.. . Strong GAAP accounting knowledge and expertise in financial planning and analysis.. .
