As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in this remote role, you will help clients manage the real-life issues that affect relationships, household dynamics, and emotional well-being. Your work will include ongoing therapy, clinical assessments, documentation, and goal-based care planning. Lead telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families . Complete initial assessments and review presenting concerns . Develop treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs . Guide clients through short-term or ongoing therapy support . Maintain organized and accurate records for each case . Evaluate progress and update treatment direction when appropriate . Follow all licensing, privacy, and documentation requirements . Active LMFT license in Montana. Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field . Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting . Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload . Strong written documentation and communication skills .
