In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of data connectors that enable seamless integration between various platforms and services. You will work closely with engineering, AI, and analytics teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, monitor performance metrics, and help prioritize the product roadmap. This position offers exposure to the full product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment. You will contribute to improving user experience, driving efficiency, and supporting innovative commerce and enterprise solutions.. Accountabilities. · Contribute to the product roadmap for connectors and data ingestion, supporting prioritization and planning.. · Partner with engineering to define requirements and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria.. · Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product enhancements.. · Monitor product usage and quality metrics, including error rates, latency, and data completeness, to identify improvement opportunities.. · Assist with go-to-market readiness, including documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials.. · Conduct research on competitor offerings, third-party connectors, and integration best practices.. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure upstream data supports personalization, search features, and other product initiatives.. · Perform other duties as assigned to support product goals and team success.. · 1–5 years of professional experience in product management, product ownership, technical project coordination, or related roles (internship or academic experience considered).. · Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic data schema concepts.. · Understanding of connectors, data ingestion, or ETL pipelines is a plus, with eagerness to learn more.. · Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data to identify trends and inform decision-making.. · Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-team and stakeholder interaction.. · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.. · Resourceful, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity.. · Customer-obsessed mindset, capable of translating user needs into impactful product features.. · Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing dependencies and backlog grooming.. · Ability to handle confidential information professionally..
