You’ll take full ownership of lead and pipeline targets, running ABX programs, managing campaigns across digital channels, and delivering meaningful contributions to revenue. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and operations, you’ll play a critical role in the organization’s growth phase. This is a high-autonomy position for someone eager to build, innovate, and drive results in a mission-focused setting.. . Accountabilities:. . Design and launch integrated demand generation campaigns using email, paid media, content, events, and ABX strategies to drive qualified leads and meetings.. . Own and execute marketing for ~40 annual events and conferences in partnership with sales and marketing teams, ensuring high-quality messaging and ROI.. . Manage paid digital efforts across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and content syndication, continuously measuring and optimizing performance.. . Partner with Sales, RevOps, and BDR teams to refine lead scoring, pipeline velocity, attribution models, and forecasting.. . Deliver detailed reporting and performance analysis to marketing, sales, and leadership teams, using insights to guide strategic pivots.. . Supervise a Senior Manager and marketing operations contractor, supporting team development and operational efficiency.. . Stay informed on B2B marketing innovations and trends while applying market intelligence and customer insight to improve campaign effectiveness.. . Demonstrate deep understanding of K-12 buyer personas, education industry dynamics, and product-market fit.. . . 6–8 years in demand generation roles, with startup experience and a strong track record of contributing to pipeline and ARR growth.. . Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and ABX programs from the ground up.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging across landing pages, emails, and digital ads.. . Analytical mindset with proven experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.. . Comfortable leading projects across small teams, meeting deadlines, and navigating shifting priorities.. .
