Provide exceptional support to customers in German through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.. . Assist clients with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed.. . Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.. .
