Track candidates and manage recruitment pipelines using the company’s applicant tracking system. . Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. . Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent. . Meet hiring goals and timelines while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.. Previous . recruitment experience within the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health field. . . Proven ability to . actively source candidates. rather than relying solely on job postings. . Experience recruiting roles such as . BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or other clinical staff. preferred. . Strong skills using . LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. . .
