You will lead initiatives to improve developer onboarding, internal and customer-facing troubleshooting tools, and technical documentation. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, you will influence architecture, reliability, and overall product quality. This position provides visibility to leadership, direct engagement with enterprise customers, and ownership over the evolution of a modern, programmable voice ecosystem. It is ideal for someone passionate about programmable voice technologies, developer experience, and driving high-impact product strategy.. . Accountabilities. As a Staff Technical Product Manager, you will:. . Own and unify the roadmap for the voice platform across WebRTC, Programmable Voice, and SIP Trunking.. . Overhaul developer-facing documentation, SDKs, and guides to streamline onboarding and multi-product usage.. . Define and execute the roadmap for internal and customer-facing troubleshooting tools, including dashboards, logs, and call flows.. . Establish and maintain support playbooks to accelerate resolution and minimize escalations.. . Represent the platform in enterprise product reviews and architecture discussions with technical credibility.. . Define, monitor, and track KPIs for quality, reliability, and developer experience.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product experiences and drive technical initiatives.. . . Candidates should have:. . Strong technical background in programmable voice technologies: SIP, telephony infrastructure, WebRTC, and call control APIs.. . Experience managing developer experience products, including SDKs, documentation, and onboarding tools.. .
