Provide virtual therapy to individuals (and optionally, couples or groups). . Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. . Maintain timely, accurate documentation in an EHR system. . Offer trauma-informed, culturally competent, and client-centered care. . Participate in optional peer consultation and training sessions. . . Active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (Required). . 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. . Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills. .
