Key Responsibilities. Manage the . full dental billing cycle. , including claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up. . Monitor and maintain . Accounts Receivable (AR). to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding balances. . Review, correct, and resolve . aging insurance claims. . . Handle . claim resubmissions, appeals, and denial management. , identifying trends and implementing solutions to reduce future denials. . Verify . patient insurance benefits. and ensure coverage information is accurate prior to treatment. . Submit and track . pre-authorizations and treatment authorizations. as required by insurance providers. . Accurately apply . dental treatment codes. when preparing and submitting insurance claims. . Maintain compliance with . industry regulations, payer requirements, and internal billing policies. . . . Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. dental billing. . . . Dentrix experience is required (non-negotiable).. . Strong experience managing . Accounts Receivable (AR). . . Proven ability to resolve . aging claims, insurance denials, and appeals. . . Strong . attention to detail and organizational skills. . . Excellent . communication skills. , with the ability to collaborate with team members and executive leadership. . Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) offering a pay rate of $7–$8 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
