We are seeking an Enterprise Growth & Business Development Lead to design and run our growth engine. This role combines outbound sales development with growth architecture. It requires building systems, campaigns, and workflows that generate high-quality leads and move them through the pipeline. You’ll prospect into new markets, craft outreach strategies, and partner closely with leadership to convert opportunities into long-term relationships.. What You’ll Do. Outbound Lead Generation. . Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.. . Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned to company strategy.. . Leverage best-in-class growth tools (AI-driven prospecting, sales engagement platforms, CRM automation) to run efficient campaigns.. . Monitor market data and trends to uncover new opportunities and refine targeting.. . Design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, social, content).. . Manage digital campaigns including email, social media, and ads to drive inbound interest.. . . Prospect Outreach & Relationship Management. . Conduct discovery and intro calls to understand client needs in philanthropy, CSR, or grantmaking.. . Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, positioning For Good as a trusted partner, alongside other members of the team throughout the sales process.. . Represent For Good at events, webinars, and other networking opportunities.. . . Pipeline Conversion & Reporting. . Partner with partnerships and leadership teams to align pipeline goals with revenue targets.. . Track activities, appointments, and conversion rates in CRM; report on trends and progress.. . Move prospects through the funnel to qualified opportunities and support handoff to leadership/partnerships for closing.. . Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.. . Who We're Looking For. . 5+ years in sales development, business development, or growth roles (experience in philanthropy, CSR, nonprofit tech, or impact sectors a plus).. . Track record of hitting or exceeding outbound prospecting and pipeline targets.. . Skilled in growth/sales tools and eager to experiment with AI-driven platforms.. . Excellent communication skills—can craft compelling outreach and build rapport quickly with executives.. . Data-driven and comfortable analyzing activity and pipeline metrics to guide strategy.. . Entrepreneurial, proactive, and energized by building new systems in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.. . Job Requirements. . Ability to work with teammates on a US-based schedule.. .
