Account Director (Midwest) at Symmetrio. Symmetrio is recruiting for an Account Director for our customer, a large global medical device company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Midwest Territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and healthcare systems is a MUST.. Total compensation ranges from $230,000 to $260,000 OTE. . Responsibilities . . Build and manage relationships with current customers, identify new customers and develop relationships for the purpose of selling solutions.. . Develop sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory.. . Selling in a TEAM environment, utilizing specialists, managers and other relevant team members when needed.. . Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, market trends and dynamics within the territory and the industry.. . Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.. . Work with marketing, product development, product management and other departments providing timely feedback on products and issues.. . Skills and Knowledge. . Results oriented to ensure achievement of the sales targets, customer satisfaction and market share goals. . Experience with sales quotas, forecasting, and selling in a complex healthcare environment.. . Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.. . Product knowledge and ability to effectively conduct presentation and demos.. . Healthcare industry experience.. . Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. . . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.. . 5 years' experience in sales role, healthcare field preferred.. . Willing to travel up to 50% of the time. .
