You will partner with an experienced Engineering Manager to evolve a high-adoption product into a high-margin fintech engine, spearheading our "App-Free" revolution through a Universal Web-Based Payment Ecosystem. Your work will directly disrupt the traditional POS market by launching hardware-free, QR-code-based checkouts and capturing 100% of a merchant's client base via omnichannel payment links. . Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…. Extensive experience in Fintech or Payments, specifically driving product strategy for high-volume transaction environments. . Proven track record of transforming product unit economics, transitioning features from "loss-leaders" to sustainable, high-margin revenue drivers. . Strategic leadership skills with the ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through pivotal product evolutions and high-velocity delivery. .
