We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Product & Technology team at Tecsys. Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Market Strategy, you will play a critical role in owning the product lifecycle, driving key initiatives, and delivering high-quality integration products with external systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution and build solutions that make a meaningful impact for our clients.. . Responsibilities. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams, and customers, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.. Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy.. Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams focused, aligned, and delivering value.. Partner closely with engineering to drive the successful delivery of features, enhancements, and integrations.. Leverage market research and competitive insights to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, uncover gaps, and shape meaningful product improvements.. Oversee the rollout of new integrations, providing hands-on support to customers during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.. Contribute to the creation of clear technical documentation and user stories for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product development supports broader business objectives..  . Qualifications. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within a technology-driven environment.. Strong grasp of product management fundamentals and Agile delivery, particularly Scrum.. Solid technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex systems and clearly communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.. Experience working with ERP platforms; exposure to Oracle, Workday, Infor, or similar systems is a strong asset.. Background or working knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.. Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build strong partnerships across teams..  Hands-on experience in implementation or delivery roles, ideally in ERP or complex technology environments.. Exposure to hospital inventory management or healthcare supply chains would be an asset.. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec. . . .
